Question about parameter settings on an AC Motor Drive.
How to set parameter is very important for satisfying requirements in an AC Motor Drive. If the parameter settings are incorrect, that will lead not to work at AC Motor Drive. Parameter settings: Every parameter is taken on a default called original value in an AC Motor Drive. The user can regularly operate the panel board. But the panel board could not satisfy requirements for most gearings. The user has to recognize how using the parameter. (1) Confirming machinery parameter with the date plate, such as power factor, electric current, electric voltage, and maximum frequency. (2) The control modes in an AC Motor Drive include speed control, torque control, PID control, and etc. After selecting among control modes, you need to execute static or dynamic identification according to control precision. (3) The start modes in an AC Motor Drive include penal board, external terminal, and communication. The default mode is set as the penal board. (4) The instruction modes in an AC Motor Drive include instruction of the penal board, external instruction, instruction of voltage/current, and communicational instruction. Besides, frequency can be operated by above instruction. If the AC Motor Drive needs better effect, you will have to adjust the parameter right considering actual situation.
