Cause of over current in an AC Motor Drive.

Jason

Coming over current in an AC Motor Drive is divided into acceleration, deceleration,  and constant speed. Causes of those in an AC Motor Drive are too shorter acceleration and deceleration time, coming up suddenly to overload, unbalanced load with electric power, and short circuit in output power. To solve problems can be prolonged acceleration and deceleration time, avoided overload, attached to consuming components, distributed load with electric power, and checked on the circuit. If you still do not solve problems by above methods, the AC Motor Drive may need to be replaced.
